World Sustainability Fund

To co-fund all actions needed to get a sustainable world, including
U.N. climate change programs and additional Major Groups programs.
The organization will be similarto that of the WWF and plans to have chapters in all countries.
The funds will be gathered from GO's, NGO's, and individual people.

The SUM Foundation is core partner of the WSF, which promotes
the Sustainable United Monument, called "Converging Worlds" (CW).
This monument will be offered to the RIO+20 event.
Mr. Johan Witteveen, former Executive Director of the IMF, supports this initiative.
The Ambassador of Brazil to The Netherlands,
who was twenty years ago, the hosting mayor of the Earth Summit conference in Rio
is helping us to find and arrange the right location in front of the conference hall where RIO+20 will be held.
We hope that you will also promote the "CW" SUM on your websites

Invites developing country Parties to submit, as appropriate, to the secretariat the following information on individual nationally appropriate mitigation actions seeking international support: (a) A description of the mitigation action and the national implementing entity, including contact information; (b) The expected timeframe for the implementation of the mitigation action; (c) The estimated full cost of the preparation (d) The estimated full cost and/or incremental cost of the implementation of the mitigation action; (e) The amount and type of support (financial, technological and capacitybuilding) required to prepare and/or implement the mitigation action; (f) The estimated emission reductions; (g) Other indicators of implementation; (h) Other relevant information, including the co-benefits for local sustainable development, if information thereon exists; 47. Also invites developing country Parties to submit to the secretariat information on other individual nationally appropriate mitigation actions, to be recorded in a separate section of the registry, for their recognition; 48. Further invites developed country Parties, the entity or entities entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism, including the Global Environment Facility and the Green Climate Fund, multilateral, bilateral and other public donors, and private and nongovernmental organizations that are in position to do so, to submit to the secretariat, as appropriate, the following information on financial, technological and capacity-building support available and/or provided for the preparation and/or implementation of nationally appropriate mitigation actions: (a) Whether the support available is for preparation and/or implementation of nationally appropriate mitigation actions; (b) The source of the support, including, ... |
