... Emile wrote in 2007 a global plan for poverty reduction: lneform2pdf.pdf. The impact was by an advisory board considered as realistic. One problem laid however in its way: It had to be done sustainable. So, from 2007 till 2015 Emile with several teams prepared for and contributed to the 2030 Agenda.
